IKON Business Group is an Information Technology company located in New York City. Founded in 1996, IKON has over 22 years of industry experience. IKON's management team has been together for over 10 years and has overseen a wealth of projects for our clients. Some services include IT support, Disaster Recovery solutions, Wide Area and Local Area Network Design, Wireless Network Design, SD-WAN Implementation, Cloud Migration and Design, and Fiber Installation for Internet Access and Transport.

IKON originally worked with Citibank, exclusively servicing their Business Units of World Wide Services as its IT service provider. IKON branched off to service other financial institutions in the Wall Street area before branching off to other verticals, including as education, nonprofits, and professional services firms. Our full-service IT firm provides “Full Stack” IT services.

Unlike large IT firms, the IKON team is very nimble and can respond to your IT needs with a sense of urgency. We are also vendor agnostic and can provide solutions around most vendor technology whether its open source or proprietary. IKON’s core strength is our dedication to customer service. IKON has adopted NPS (Net Promoter Scoring) as the foundation of our customer service. This means that customer service is not just a marketing exercise, but a core product of our operations. Service orders are not closed until the customer is satisfied. Our employees are not just compensated based upon their technological skill, but based upon how much our customers are satisfied by their service. Our goal is to make every customer a promoter of IKON’s business because they are beyond satisfied with our service.
